Refund Policy
General
At Edilab Studio, we are committed to providing high-quality creative and marketing services. Due to the custom nature of our work, each service follows a specific refund policy as outlined below.
2. Branding Services
All branding services—including logo design, brand identity, and visual systems—are non-refundable. Clients receive unlimited design revisions, provided changes remain aligned with the initial concept and strategy defined at the project start. Once the project has been initiated, no refunds will be granted.
3. Website Design & Development
Website services are non-refundable. Clients are entitled to unlimited revisions up to the point of project completion (i.e., final approval or go-live). Once a project is marked complete or delivered, additional revisions or changes are considered a new service request.
4. Video Editing Services
Video editing projects are non-refundable. Clients receive unlimited revisions on the final video until satisfaction, as long as changes relate to the original script, footage, or concept. Once the final file is delivered, additional edits will incur a new charge.
5. Car Wrap Services
Car wrap design services are handled in partnership with third-party printers and installers.

Clients receive unlimited design revisions up to the point of print approval.

Once the design is approved and sent to print, no refunds will be provided.

Any installation error, peeling, or material defect caused by our team or vendor will be fully covered.

Damages caused by client misuse, car wash error, or collision are not covered and will incur repair charges.
6. Facade Design & Installation Services
Facade services follow the same policy as car wraps:

Unlimited revisions before printing/installation.

3-month warranty for installation issues.

After the warranty period, any repairs or issues are the client’s responsibility and may result in additional charges.
7. Printing Services

Refunds for printed materials (e.g., business cards, flyers, banners) are only granted in the case of a verified error caused by Edilab Studio, such as:

Typos/misspellings not approved by the client

Incorrect sizing
-
Print quality issues due to our files or specifications

If the client approved the proof or design prior to print, no refund will be issued, even if the error is present.
8. Payment, Deposits, and Chargebacks

By paying an invoice or deposit, the client agrees to the following terms:

All deposits are non-refundable.

Full or partial payment constitutes acceptance of project terms and deliverables.

Edilab Studio reserves the right to stop work or delay delivery if payment terms are not met.

Chargebacks are strictly prohibited. If a client initiates a chargeback without following Edilab Studio’s internal dispute process, we reserve the right to:

Pursue legal action for contract breach

Report the incident to credit agencies

Suspend or terminate all current and future services

Send the unpaid balance to collections

Clients must reach out to our support team at official@edilabstudio.net to resolve any concerns before initiating external disputes.
Agreement
Our goal is your satisfaction, and our team will always work with you to ensure your project meets your expectations. We recommend thoroughly reviewing all drafts and proofs before final approval to avoid unnecessary errors or delays.
