How Edilab Studio partners on ClaimTime, an AI-powered insurance claims SaaS — product UX, pricing system, and a viral-ready social video engine for a skeptical industry.

Challenge

Insurance claims processing is one of the slowest, most paper-heavy workflows in the industry — and adjusters are drowning. ClaimTime needed a SaaS that could intelligently triage claims, automate routine tasks, and route the human judgment calls to the right people — all while marketing it to a famously skeptical industry.

Solucion

Edilab Studio operates as the product and growth partner on ClaimTime, owning the SaaS UI/UX, member onboarding flow, token/usage routing logic, and the full pricing dashboard — rebuilt from scratch into 5 transparent tiers plus a Founding Partner program at $0.35 per claim with 25 GB storage and 10 team seats. On the marketing side, we wrote 6 on-location video scripts for a real loss-property shoot, designed for natural-sounding dialog and viral-quality hooks tuned for insurance audiences.

Results

A SaaS that pricing-trades on transparency rather than enterprise opacity — a rare position in insurance tech — and a content engine ready to drop high-conversion social video against a vertical that has almost no native short-form competition.
