3. Client Responsibilities

Approve designs and revisions promptly

Ensure that any submitted content (images, logos, text, etc.) is legally owned or licensed

Edilab Studio is not responsible for delays caused by missing information or approvals.

4. Payment Terms

Payments are due per invoice or contract

Deposits (if required) are non-refundable

Work does not begin until payment is received

Completed work, delivered assets, or time spent are non-refundable

Failure to pay may result in service suspension or project cancellation.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

Clients own full rights to the final approved deliverables once paid in full

All drafts, initial concepts, and working files remain the property of Edilab Studio

Edilab Studio may display completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise

6. Website & AI System Use

Users agree not to:

Attempt unauthorized access to systems

Misuse or reverse-engineer our AI tools or websites

Upload harmful or illegal content

Violation may result in termination of access.

7. SMS & Communication Policy (A2P 10DLC Compliant) By explicitly opting in via the checkbox on our website contact form, you consent to receive service-related SMS messages from Edilab Studio, including:

• Appointment confirmations

• Scheduling updates

• Client support

• Follow-ups

We do not send unsolicited promotional messages.

Pricing & Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

Loss of revenue caused by client decisions, delays, or misuse

Issues resulting from third-party platforms

Errors caused by client modifications

Website downtime due to hosting or external factors

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

11. No Guaranteed Outcomes

We do not guarantee:

Specific increases in sales or revenue

Exact search engine ranking positions

Exact performance results from branding or websites

Guarantees related to AI assistant behavior or automation outcomes

Results vary based on implementation and external factors.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Any disputes will be resolved through Massachusetts courts.
